I was nervous about the home buying/selling process as I had heard some negative stories from people about their experience. I knew starting with the right realtor was a great first step. I knew John as a friend already and I knew him to be a man of truth, integrity, and hard work. I knew he would listen to me and not pressure me past my comfort zone. I also knew he wouldn't lose patience with me when I asked lots and lots of questions. Well, i wasn't disappointed. Even though we had known each other previously, John was very professional and checked off all the boxes of honesty, integrity, and patience.
