John and his people died a great job selling my mother's home. He gave us practical advice on getting the home ready for sale and did not have us do needless, time consuming tasks. John kept us informed all along the process and made selling the home very easy. We are really glad we used John to seek the home..

John was efficient, effective and always there for us. He was prompt, carried through on all occasions, personable and pleasant to work with. He made suggestions and always explained the situations and the options. We were out of town on several occasions and he or his assistant would make sure the house had the lights on and doors open (Covid 19 precautions were in effect) prior to a showing, and returned to reverse afterwards. Without question we would use him again and we highly recommend him.
