John said he'd make it painless and would hold my hand throughout the whole home buying process and thats exactly what he did. I cannot say enough about how easy it was . We saw a few houses then set our sights on the one and within a few weeks we were closing and John was there to hand us the keys. John is very knowledgeable and was professional from day one.
