John Somers started out as a real estate agent we called to help us find a home, and we now consider him a trusted neighbor of ours who we would go out our way to help if he ever needed something. Exceptional customer service, respectful and personable, with a strong knowledge of the area and a diligent approach to the real estate process.... we really enjoyed working with John. Thanks!

Agent John Somers, is very good at what he does! He helps me in every way possible he can with patience and knowledge. Even offered to help me to get all the utility information from the seller for me. So I don’t have to make multiple phone calls which utilities company my property under. And even we already closed the deal for the property. John constantly will still remind me that I can still ask him about anything if I have any concerns or issues with the property that I just bought. John Somers and the company is very efficient and knowledgeable with their business and company! Definitely a huge thumbs up 👍🏻 and most definitely recommendable. Thank you so much and God Bless!!💚🙏

John was just great to work with, he took care of our every need. And believe it or not he has an answer for every question that we ask!

John Somers was my realtor, he was so awesome to work with! From day 1 he let me know he was going to find me the perfect house and get the best price for my current house. John did not disappoint, he communicated so well about the process and made sure that I presented all the necessary paperwork that was needed. Offered several times to help me with packing, moving, etc. When my closing was delayed(no fault of his)he helped me reschedule movers, utilities. He is so kind and caring. Lake Norman Realty is lucky to have him! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy and sell with him!

JOHN SOMERS........experience! The qualities that are always most important to success remain the same: honesty, integrity, knowledge, experience, fairness, and attention to detail. Master those, and you are sure to stand out in any market! I have to say....I cherry picked John from his experience! He is truly the 'Best' agent I have ever had the opportunity to experience. His expertise in the real estate market are 💯! Sold my house in 1 day. John completely went out of his way to help me better understand the market.
