John helped us sell my mother-in-law's house after her passing. We relied on him for almost every aspect of the selling process. As an older home, it needed a number of repairs and upgrades. John was able to advise us of which repairs and improvements to concentrate on to get the best return. He was also very helpful in recommending contractors and vendors for those items.
