John is probably the most honest & professional real estate agent I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with quite a few throughout southern CA. John listed my house in 2020 for $40,000 more than 3 other RE offices were willing to list it for and I received 2 full price offers within 3 days of the listing. The appraisal, inspection & close of escrow were all arranged and overseen by John as I had been relocated. It was a quick, seamless, and profitable transaction.
