The most important thing in an agent is for him/her to know the area where you want to live. John is very knowledgable about real estate in Monmouth Beach, Long Branch, and surrounding areas. He is friendly and low key. When we were house-hunting, we found him to be proactive about finding us just what we were looking for without an ounce of pressure. He then rented our house for a much higher monthly rate than we expected and ensured a reliable tenant. He still takes the time to keep in touch about local real estate happenings.
