John knew what I wanted, and based on his market knowledge, he knew I would get what I was asking. He was and is amazing. Very reassuring on everything I had questions for. I knew if I had issues/questions he really was there to answer. Very responsive. He made the sale of my home happen!!!
John Schoenecke put a lot of time into helping me sell my property. Over a period of 3 or 4 months he helped find contractors, etc to do some final work on the house to get it ready to sell. He kept in regular contact with me to make sure things were moving along to my liking. He was always friendly and showed a lot of patience and understanding. John’s long career in real estate was apparent, as he dealt with the contractors , appraisers , bank and title company with ease. I found John through his flyers left in the neighborhood. I gave him a call based on his lengthy experience in selling property in my neighborhood, and am so happy I did. It’s hard to count on people these days , but I know I can count on John.
