Once again, John Scarff has gone above and beyond. He is the definition of "Full Service Real Estate Agent". He helped me with the biggest deal of my entire life and even though I was nervous and scared, he talked me down from the ledge and told me what to expect at every state. I literally couldn't see myself working with anyone else on a Real Estate deal. He's done two major deals for me within a few months. Both were great!!! When you look up professionalism or excellence in the dictionary, it simply has a photo of John Scarff. He went above and beyond for me, and from what I can tell, for all of his customers. We had a 50% offer rate with an insane number of people begging to come see the house. We put it up for sale on a Friday and had over 20 offers by Monday!!! We closed ten thousand above the asking price, and in only 19 days!!! John was there day or night for any questions I had and to guide me through the whole process. I can't recommend him highly enough. I found out a few years ago he was the Burbank Realtor of the year and that makes sense. I have more deals to do and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
