John went above and beyond the work I thought a realtor should do and what I've seen other realtors perform. He was able to negotiate a lower price than I thought was possible. He responded quickly and professionally to all requests. The contacts he introduced to me were also very professional, adding value to me on every step of our real estate transaction. The home inspector he introduced us to used the latest technology including drones, heat sensing cameras, 360/3D cameras and created floor layouts. John was very thorough and knowledgeable.
