Finally, John represented us when we were buying a house, and he was a tenacious negotiator on our behalf. We wound up with the house of our dreams at a price we could be comfortable with because of John’s diligence in negotiating the best price he could for us. He clearly wasn’t thinking of his commission but of our happiness for which I’ll be forever grateful.
