John and Gillian are an outstanding real estate team. We live in Northern California and in our case; we had a rental house with a tenant moving out a couple of days after we started a 2 week vacation to Europe. They coordinated with the management company, tenant, as well as contractors and staging company to bring the house to market. They knew exactly what to do and had connections to get the work done in a timely and cost effective manner. The house went on the market and the next day an offer was received above our asking price. When we returned from our vacation, we had the offer waiting for us. John and Gillian guided us through the escrow process which completed within 30 days as planned. If we had another house to sell, we would certainly select John and Gillian again.
