I have just bought my seventh new home in 27 years. I have sold 6 homes and have lived all over this great country. I have had some good agents, a few so so and one that was head and shoulders superior to the rest. That agent was John Robertson. He survived the interview with my "all businessman husband" and answered all our questions knowledgeably without making us feel stupid. I interviewed multiple agents and John was the only one that I felt had our best interest at heart. One agent made it clear that if I didn't live in Peachtree City, it would be difficult to sell. John was confident and I felt like he loved my home. He uses a professional grade camera for the brochure photos and spent 8hrs at home with my husband until he got just what he wanted to convey. I have yet to see a better brochure EVER! And then he worked his "staging magic" using my own pieces and my house looked fabulous. He has an eye for detail and a sense of style that can't be beat. John was a great negotiator and calmed us down when we were ready to jump on offers that he thought were low. Our closing went smoothly and off we went to Texas. John is a real Southern gentleman with a great sense of humor. He was able to make us laugh when we felt sad about leaving the area. He is just the best and we have become great friends. If I lived anywhere near Fayette or Coweta counties, he is the only agent I would even consider.
