We meet John in a open house and having no agent to work with, with my wife we decide to start working with him. John did a great job helping me purchase my first house. The process was smooth and easy. He was always happy to help and available. He does a good job of understanding what you are looking for in a house and doesn't push you to buy just any house or push houses that he knows don't fit what you are looking for. He understands that finding the right house isn't a process that you can rush and he's not looking to make a quick sell.

When we started looking, we were more nervous about finding a good agent than finding a house, but John was fantastic to work with. He answered all of our questions, even the ones that seem silly in retrospect, and he always responded to calls and emails quickly. He even helped talk me through my anxiety about making such a big decision. He found a house that he knew we'd really like the day before he was scheduled to go on vacation, and he showed it to us knowing that if we wanted to buy it it would mean he'd have to work on it over his vacation. When our offer on it was accepted, he stayed on top of everything even through his vacation. As bad as I felt causing him all that work when he should be relaxing, he never complained or acted like it was any trouble at all. He really made the process as stress-free as possible.
