John is wonderful. We tried another realtor first and they were just pushy and trying to get us in a house whether it was a good one or not. When we went with John he was the game changer. He was straight to point and let me know right away about addresses I asked about he did not waste any of my time with homes that were not our fit or built well. He cared about what we wanted in a home and didn't try to distract from bad construction by talking about decorating. He let us know permit issues, roof issues and the items homebuyers actually care about. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Amazing person and his integrity is apparent in every step of the process. In this crazy housing market he found our dream home in our budget. I doubt I will move again but if I do there only one person I would call- John!!!
