About JOHN

My home town is Titusville, PA (home of the world’s first oil well!). I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Recreation from Slippery Rock University (Pennsylvania) and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Denver with emphasis on marketing resort real estate. I cut my teeth in the ski resort industry at Smugglers’ Notch, VT then moved to Colorado in 1982 and have been selling real estate in Keystone ever since. Like many of you I enjoy skiing in the winter, golf in the summer, and the overall pleasure of living in Summit County and the Rocky Mountains. I live full time in the Keystone Ranch and am President of that Homeowners’ Association. I am also on the Board of Directors for the Keystone Citizens’ League and the Keystone Owners’ Association. I have been a licensed Colorado realtor since 1982. I take great pride in my service of helping my clients purchase and sell single-family residences, condominiums, townhomes, and vacant land within Summit County. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
