As we narrowed down our interests he helped suggest fitting homes and was always available when a new property popped up. When we finally found a home we truly loved, he walked us through every step of putting in an offer and how closing works with great care and detail, and made the process straightforward. He always looked after our best interests and informed of all the 'gotchas' to look out for. He remained actively involved during the option period and closing process, helping with negotiations, arranging for a home inspector, and working with my lender as needed all the way through closing day.
