John helped us buy our first home, and he was great. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was patient while we changed out criteria a couple times and asked him to help us look in a few different cities. John was also incredibly responsive. I don't think it ever took more than a couple hours for him to respond to a text or voicemail. He was able to answer all of our questions about particular homes, the process, and how we should be working with other parties like the mortgage broker and title company. He was also great with our son.
