John Powell

John Powell was extremely knowledgeable on the area where I was looking and properties available. He helped with buying process explanation, and was very patient thru all the properties and almost closings that I experienced. Because I haven't purchased in 3 years I was classed a first time buyer but have bought homes before found much of the loan qualifications and actual closing was very different than before! Several "sellers" had problems or property problems. The final find 46 Finch Trail was the winner for me. I found John friendly and punctual at all our scheduled meetings whether at the properties or a handy location. That is a very important quality for me.
