John Permaul is very professional, responsive, and friendly. It literally took us only 15 days from the time we met John to the day we went under contract as first-time homebuyers. A month later, we became happy homeowners! When we met John, we knew almost nothing about house hunting, and we were pretty nervous. John made it fun and made sure to teach us what we needed to know and give us valuable advice for this intense process. Whenever we had a question, he was one text away/phone call away.
