Don’t bother with any other agents

I’m the kind of guy (56M) that typically categorizes realtors in the same swamp as shady used car salesmen, lawyers, truck stop lot lizards, ex wives, Eagles fans…you get the idea. I’m also a tough client. I got insanely lucky with John. He’s a great agent and a solid dude. This transaction (commercial, multiple buildings) had ridiculous delays, numerous hiccups, and a complicated closing and John handled it with zero issues. In fact, I almost passed on this property due to an SBA financing rule but John figured out a work around that none of the big brains (not me) thought of. All joking aside, it wouldn’t have happened without him. He won’t blow smoke up your skirt. He’s a straight shooter and won’t BS you just to make the sale, and he’s the only agent that I’ll use in the future.
