I did not know anything about Tampa bay area and within 1 week I found a place to buy. John was very proactive to show me very different locations, and types of houses/condos. The whole deal and negotiations happened during the week of Christmas 2017! John was available and prompt to answer all of my questions, at any time, holiday or not. His is also very knowledgeable of the area and suggests good compromises when it is time to close a deal. He is a true problem solver.
