John was knowledgeable with the city we wanted to live in. His communication with us and the seller was exceptional, we were kept updated throughout the process. He handled the negotiations and paperwork amazingly, we signed and closed faster then expected thanks to John.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYER Recommended!!! I was so nervous because it was my first time buying a house. Worrying about over-price purchasing, house defects, mortgage rate interest, plus wondering if my budget, my income,... are sufficient for qualifying a home loan?? ALL kind of questions and concerns went thru my heads. Luckily, at the time, I was taking the Real Estate Principle course with John Nguyen, the instructor as well as the Broker at ONE STOP REALTY & FINANCIAL. I asked him for his help in finding a home for my family. John was extremely patient & understanding, quick in response and made every effort to help. After seeing about 9 homes, we found our dream home and quickly went into escrow with John 's excellent negotiation skill. John then helped me from A to Z, from getting my paperwork ready for loan PRE-approval to home inspection, termite inspection, appraisal coordinating. He took time to explain every step of the way, throughout the entire process and closed the transaction smoothly. In addition, he also assisted me with my INCOME TAX FILING and REFINANCE the loan. His office was really a ONE STOP-SHOP COMPANY. It has been a great experience working with John in buying our first home. I am currently working with John to purchase the second home for investment and did recommend him to few of our friends... John, again thanks soooo.. much for all your help.
