We recently worked with John to purchase our new home. He was very helpful throughout the process, from searching for homes through closing. We especially appreciated his knowledge and responsiveness during the offer process, which was the most stressful part (there were several rounds of counter-offers). In addition to providing his own expertise, John also recommended an excellent mortgage company and home inspector to us. His knowledge of the local market provided a level of comfort that we were making a good decision on this house, and we are very happy with our purchase!
