I recently purchased a home in Laguna Woods, and can't imagine having done it with anyone other than John Mohseni. First, John's response time to my many questions was lightning fast. It didn't matter if I sent him a voicemail, an email, or sent a text... John always got back to me right away. Second, John took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. What followed was a customized approach in which I always feel like I was a priority. Third, John is good at explaining the mind-numbing details of complicated real estate transactions. There are so many steps to finalizing a purchase in Laguna Woods, and John explained each and every one clearly and completely. John was also patient with me, even when I made decisions that ultimately ended up generating more work for him. I couldn't have been more happy with John Mohseni as my realtor in Laguna Woods. He really hit the ball out of the park, and I recommend him wholeheartedly!

I used Behrod John Mohseni on the purchase(in which he represented both myself and the seller), remodel, and sale of my unit in Laguna Woods. He is an excellent agent and general contractor who not only seamlessly wore multiple hats but did so while saving me time and effort. All of this happened before and during covid which only made everything more difficult.
