I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to assist me with the home-buying process during these wild times! John is incredibly easy to work with because he is honest, trust-worthy, knowledgeable, resourceful and very responsive. He’s soft-spoken and forth-right..he does not play any games and had me and my children’s best interest in mind at all times. I’d worked with a few other realtors before who lacked the above-mentioned qualities and I feel really blessed to have found John.

I had only been in Georgia for 6 months and I knew nothing about the state and many of the areas. I had already been in contact with 4 agents. Some of the agents had been calling my loan officer and saying they needed to explain to me the home buying process because I wasn't spending enough and I could afford more. I owned a home before, the process was not new but the state was new to me. I met with Mr. Miller and told him about the trouble I had been having and how I had been treated. He stepped in and gave me advice several times. He never asked me to get rid of any agent I was dealing with, he just offered advice to relieve my stress and worries. A month later, I asked him to be my agent because he had done so much to help me with no reward or concern for his time. We began looking at properties and I began to fret and he reminded me that I needed to be more concerned about finding a place I could call home and not if I was holding him up. I found a home within a month of working with him. John T. Miller is an amazing agent. You will not find anyone who cares for you like he does. He is a whiz with numbers and is very knowledgeable when it comes to bidding. I have been in my home for 4 years. My next purchase or sell will not be done without his help.
