My husband and I met John Melton when we asked him to show a property for which he was the listing agent. While this particular property didn’t work out for us, we were so impressed with John that we asked him to be our buyer’s agent for the other properties that we wanted to view. John is extremely knowledgeable about the local area (Blount County) and understands the real estate market. I totally respect John’s professional opinion and would ask him quite frequently for his thoughts on the different properties that we viewed. We did find a property that we are absolutely thrilled with and we know having John as our Realtor played a huge part in this successful endeavor. John listened to us, was always very responsive to all of our questions, and worked behind the scenes to help us get the best possible price on our property. We were just so impressed with John during the whole process. John Melton will most certainly be the first person we call whenever we have real estate needs in the future.

Very helpful and professional. Second time using this realtor and will use again next time. Put house on the market on a Tuesday and had an offer by Saturday. Then found and put a contract on another house he found for us within 4 more days! Would recommend to anyone.
