John Mc Pherson

If you can work with John McPherson on a Real Estate transaction, I would HIGHLY recommend it. He knows all the professionals in the related fields and they all have much respect for him. I've probably worked with as many as 30 Realtors over the years and I have never had as much confidence in the knowledge and ability of another Realtor to work through complex negotiations and scenarios including conflicts of interest and resolving municipality related roadblocks. I ended up in a marathon-like, 18+ month long, significantly sized land deal where John represented the other side of the transaction but it quickly became evident that John was honest and professional enough that I could rely on him to design a process and agreements that would keep everyone involved informed, confident and happy with the result and that is exactly what happened. He's way more valuable than the average Realtor. If you are lucky enough to have him work for you, I'm confident you will land on higher ground. Almost forgot... Tease him about looking like a writer from the 70's. He'll love it!
