My experience working with John to sell my home was perfect! John was very knowledgeable and in touch with the real estate market. He had great suggestions for how to maximize my property's value without wasting money on things that wouldn't result in a return. John was also able to coordinate a few last minute repairs with a handyman who completed the work very quickly for a reasonable fee. The house sold fairly quickly and the final negotiated price was exactly what John predicted. Most importantly to me when working with a realtor, John was always on top of things and consistently responsive when I reached out. I could not ask for more!
