Since we knew nothing about the region, John took the time to get to know us and recommend regions he thought might interest us. We made two house hunting trips to Atlanta and he was very patient as we looked at a ton of homes. When we finally narrowed it down to the house we purchased, he took it from there. John worked seamlessly with the buyers, our lending company, home inspector, and even house painters to take care of everything we needed.
