John sold my house with very few problems for either the buyer or the seller. He managed the house inspector and helped with the repairs that were required to close the sale. He also found another home that we purchased that was exactly what we were looking for. If we were going to sell or purchase another home, we would most certainly use John Mason.

That is, we had the house on the market for a year and a quarter with really no luck at all via a separate agent. When John took over the listing, he actually raised our asking price. He provided great and specific recommendations on what we needed to do to the house to get it more "market ready". Moreover, he helped in obtaining high quality and reasonably priced contractors, which was an enormous help. It was great as he was able to essentially take the lead on the listing and getting the house ready without much of our direct involvement needed at all.<br/><br/>When I say the facts speak for themselves, I point to the bottom line that he was able to get the house sold in less than 5 to 6 weeks from taking over the listing and in December nonetheless.<br/><br/>Though it is hard to say when speaking of real estate agents but I cannot say enough positives about John and his effort, professionalism, and results.
