John Marcotte

In all my years in Real Estate, I've never worked with anyone who works as hard as John. He returns call promptly, does what ever research asked right away, and always respected my time. As far as knowledge about the market, he is thoroughly aware of the real estate market on a micro level, and always offered up insightful information on what ever property I was after. John knows home construction better than most people in construction, and was able to spot a bad deal pretty quickly.

Great agent, he knows Boulder well . I've lived here for over 20 years and he showed me neighborhoods that I didn't know existed. I'm very happy in my new home.
