Honest and Credible are two words I would use to describe John Marascia. John won me over with the truth. I never felt pressure to purchase something I didn't totally love or was more expensive than my budget. John used his vast knowledge of area familiarity to show us several homes. After placing a bid on my first home in which I faced several obstacles; I knew he was some one I could place my trust in. There was always Good follow through. When I placed the bid on the house we ended up purchasing, there were times that I would request to go see the same house several times in one week, and John would always make time in his busy schedule to comply with my request. Last but not least if it wasn't for Johns' organization we probably would have had major difficulties closing on our home. We had a very strict deadline with our lender, and it was always met. Last but not least I would commend my agent on his listening skills. Never once did he try to sell me a home I wasn't interested in for self gain.
