Overall John is a very nice person and good service. Only thing I would suggest to improve would be that we get like we had to continually ask for information instead of getting updates. Also, when we asked for stage picture, we felt it was very poor quality.
John supported me in a difficult time for me to move my parents into assisted living. I live over 2 hours away and he went above and beyond to support me and my parents. The house sold within a month and we closed on time. Attention to details and supported us thoroughly.
John realized our sense of urgency to get the house listed as we were packing to leave for Texas in 30 days. He had the photos taken and up on the website in 72 hours. That promptness allowed a buyer in Pennsylvania to see the home and take a virtual tour by their agent resulting in an offer. We had seriously considered using an online buying service and just pack and leave. John helped us realize the shortcomings of going that route. We watched his personal handling of the sale and we were able to maximize our netout. The series of inspections by the buyers raised issues that needed to be quickly resolved to stay on track because their was a contingency that their home close which had an offer and would close within a couple of days of our closing date. John stayed the course seeing us thru each bump along the road
John was a lifesaver for us in the sale of our previous home in AZ. As we are located half way across the country, John made all the arrangements to have any repairs that were needed and co-ordinated all of the workers in order to get us to the closing on time and with all items checked off the list. He took the time to explain all the pro's and con's with the existing market and gave us honest and sincere advise regarding which offer would be best for us.
