We started the process of selling and purchasing our home in March of 2019. When Covid hit we though we were not doing anything. With the help of John we not only sold our house the first weekend it was on the market but we also purchased our dream home! John was excellent with details And strategies. With COVID in the air it was a very interesting time. From wearing masks looking at new homes to waiting on the porch, sanitizing everything in-between showing, to leaving lights on and cabinets and closet doors opened while showing the home. If I could give John 6 stars I would . We just closed on a multi unit . This was the third house John has sold for me . He goes out of his way to communicate with the tenants thru the process . He always gets top dollar for my properties. John is very experienced and good at what he does . And he brings real old school values with him .
