John was great as a real estate agent

John was great as a real estate agent. We spent many weekends looking at places in the city with John very knowledgible about the neighborhoods. He listened to us which is so important in limiting the scope of what we needed to see. Negotiating- John had the great knowledge of what to do- but it was bidding war on all of the places that we looked at...he know what clauses to put in to handle what we could go up to but to keep us in the buying negotiations. He looked out for our needs and was very gracious to us- an example: I was late to a house visit appointment with him and my girlfriend (which made her upset)- I had been stuck in traffic while buying an engagement ring that morning- he knew why I was late but didn't tell my girlfriend and still worked to get as many house visits in during the time we had left. Yes I would go with John again as my real estate agent!
