Honestly I cant even explain how good John was as my realtor. He helped me get into a beutiful new home and the whole thing just felt way easier then I thought it would be. He really took time to listen to what I wanted, like actually listened not just nodding and rushing me. We went house hunting together and he kept it fun the whole time, not awkward or stressfull at all.
