Going into the housing market as a first time home buyer was extremely intimidating and nerve wrecking. Right off the bat, John took the time to educate me on strategy, what I would be up against, the current state of the market, definitions and processes, and answering all of my unanswered questions. John appointed me to Brian, his colleague who had the experience with the type of loan I was working with and is VERY efficient with the process meanwhile steering things along. Although, there were a few times of silence and I was unaware of what was to come, it was part of the process. I knew I could trust Brian with the work in the background. Brian was patient with me and talked with me through some areas I was having concern. I enjoyed working with Brian, even though he talks really fast at times. I believe Brian has strong and clear negotiation skills and clear expectations when going into contract. Working with both John and Brian was such a pleasure, I felt heard but never once felt any ill will or discomfort. They are both very knowledgeable and provide very helpful and extensive insight.
