I have been dealing with John from a distance...
I have been dealing with John from a distance of 5 hrs. When I took a car service to view a property I told John that I would call when I arrived, and gave a 1/2hr time window. I got to the property and John was there waiting with the house opened for viewing. He gave honest answers to all of my questions about the area. Since then I have requested information on other properties ( seller's disclosure, etc. ) John responded promptly to all of my requests. Unfortunately my daughter does not get done in the military for three years and has requested that I wait to purchase. I have retained John's contact information and will definitely work with him in the future.
