Your Principal Realtor After nearly 30 years of guiding students and families through pivotal life decisions, I now help families navigate one of the biggest decisions of all—finding the perfect home. As a former school principal, people trusted me to lead with honesty, empathy, and diligence. That’s exactly how I run my real estate business. In my latter years as a principal, I led two schools—one in Kenosha County and one in Waukesha County’s Lake Country—through periods of low public trust. By focusing on relationships, communication, and strategic leadership, I helped both schools rebuild their reputations and achieve the highest academic ratings in their history. I carried that responsibility with pride, and being a Lake Country resident since 1997 gave me deep insight into the families and communities I served. So how does that experience transfer to real estate? Real estate is far more than buying and selling.
