John helped the reviewer buy this property

Deeply knowledgeable agent who genuinely puts his clients ahead of a quick deal.

Working with John was an absolute pleasure. He was actually our second agent because our previous experience wasn’t great in terms of responsiveness or property knowledge. Working with John couldn't have been more different. He always replied to our questions within minutes, even outside business hours. He always came prepared to guide us through each prospective home, offering unique and useful insights beyond the generic information offered in the listing. Most of all, John genuinely cared about finding the best possible home for us, and one example illustrates that perfectly. We were ready to sign on a house we liked but did not love. At that moment, John called us to hold off because he thought he'd found a better house for us in the same price range, which turned out to be the house we ended up buying. Many agents would have just stayed silent or pushed us to sign so they could lock in a quick deal that was already at the finish line, but John prioritized getting us the right home over an easy commission.
