When the stress of waiting for our offer to be accepted was high, he remained calm and professional by responding to us with great understanding and kindness. John’s go getter attitude made us feel confident that he was going to work in our best interest in ensuring we would close at a price we felt comfortable at regardless of the market’s position. This was important considering the low inventory in houses that were available in our desired location.
