John helped the reviewer buy this property

Great experience, highly recommend!

John did a great job listening to my house hunting wish list and helping to calibrate my expectations. His expertise was key in constructing a competitive offer and navigating a multiple offer situation. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, at a price I was happy with thanks to his guidance and negotiation skills. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about beginning the house hunt.
