John Kula’s deep knowledge, communication, compassion, and connections are just the first layer to this absolute gem of a man. He’s got humor that made us not just laugh the whole way, but made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. PLUS I can’t tell you how many times he physically got his hands dirty to make sure we got the house. We had a very niche type of FHA loan and John literally showed up with tools and supplies on days before we even got there to make sure we didn’t hit any roadblocks. I know others that have bought their home with the heart and muscle of the great JK, and we all have great stories to tell. Thank you JK (technically JFK!) for unlocking the doors to our family’s first home, for all the laughs, and for being so genuinely dependable that I’m sure you’d stop by if anyone invited you to Thanksgiving dinner.
