My family and I worked with the Kromm Real Estate Team to move from PA to Bend, OR this past spring. They were both fantastic resources with a wealth of knowledge of Bend and the surrounding areas. We met virtually a couple times to have questions answered and learn more about the different neighborhoods. It never felt rushed, and they were always accommodating. I also peppered Shannon with a ton of questions related to kids, and she never failed to have an answer! The process was seamless and very low stress - they were happy to do home walkthroughs for us, take us out house hunting when in town, and represent us once we found our house, but weren't able to be physically present for each step of the process. Moving can be a stressful experience, especially moving such a far distance, but this time it was just exciting - I can't recommend working with the Kromm team enough.

When we were looking for a property to buy they were responsive to what we were interested in and ready to take us to homes that we had selected to view and discuss. Once the escrow was opened they sent us weekly updates on what to expect for that week and what we needed to provide. Since we were moving to Central Oregon from out of state they also provided us with contacts for the usual electric, internet, garbage, etc. businesses. A true pleasure to have them on our side during the process!
