Having John as our real estate agent was the best move I’ve made! John helped us sell our townhouse when the housing inventory was up and there were daily negative news about the real estate market. John worked tirelessly and gave us excellent and sensible recommendations that resulted in ours sold for more than $100k over another townhouse that had the same layout and sq. footage. The other unit had the city view and upgraded kitchen, something ours didn’t. Ours had an upstairs area closed in as a third bedroom. We appreciate that John was never pushy and never told us to spend money on upgrades that may result in fast sale but not advantageous to us, the sellers. We were out of state the whole time, and he took care of all of the detail work. When nearby properties kept reducing their asking price, ours was sold in one week and 5% over asking price. John is absolutely amazing in every sense.
