John was great to deal with

John was great to deal with. He communicated promptly, with great understanding of what we were looking for. He took time to explain as we were from out of the country and did not know how things worked in Florida. He was right there at every step of the process and made sure we were well cared for when he was unavailable. He is honest and has his clients best interest at heart. We will definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone!
