My wife and I have worked with John on three separate real estate transactions (1 buy; 2 sell). <br/><br/>John is incredibly patient. Whether he is helping with what seems like an endless search for the perfect property, answering questions, keeping everyone calm when offers fall through, or just leading clients through the maze of real estate processes, John stays calm keeps his clients from overreacting.<br/><br/>John also goes above and beyond to answer questions. If information coming from other agents, title companies, etc. does not seem quite right, he will do his own research to find the real answer. <br/><br/>An example: We were under contract to buy a piece of property that had access across a drainage canal. The owners' agent claimed that the owners had title to an embankment across the canal for access. The title company did not do their due dilegence and cleared the title without ever seeing the property in person or on a map and did not even know the drainage canal existed. John kept digging until we learned that the owners did not have legal access. The utilities did not have legal easement either. John kept us from making a big mistake when everyone else either lied or dropped the ball.<br/><br/>John goes above and beyond to serve his clients. We moved from El Paso before our house sold. John helped make arrangements for the repairs that the buyers asked for. He even helped keep the lawn watered and mowed the grass for us.<br/><br/>John will absolutely work in your best interest in a way that is fair to all parties.
