Wow I had an amazing experience with John Franco. He is extremely patient and showed me all the condos I wanted to see. He would point out things that otherwise would've gone unnoticed such as floors being uneven or renovations badly done. John was able to put himself in my shoes and had my back throughout the whole process. John did not rush to make the sell, he made sure I was completely in love with my condo! I was new to home buying and John made sure to explain it all to me in a way that was not condescending and made it all so easy to understand.
