John is very attentive to detail, and very easy to work with. It was a pleasure to have him as my real estate agent; he kept me informed with all that was happening while in the process, and responded all my questions and phone calls right away.

John was great in helping us find our first home within our budget. We told him our must haves and he only showed us houses that met our criteria. We went to see our house multiple times before we went to contract and he was always accommodating. He really made the process so simple for us and we couldn't be happier with our home. It's an added bonus that he speaks Spanish!

Selling a home is one of the most stressful things to do. . But, working with John Jacome was a wonderful experience and one of the best decisions we ever made. After interviewing several realtors we chose John because had the foresight to see how uncomfortable we were and quickly made us feel at ease. He gave us excellent ideas on how to improve our home so it would have better appeal to buyers. He arranged and organized a speedy open house and due to his guidance the house sold quickly. He simplified the process and everything ran smoothly. He was easily reachable by telephone, returned calls quickly and always kept us updated during the entire process. There is no doubt that John Jacome was THE BEST realtor I have ever worked with.

Excellent realtor. Very dedicated and professional. He helped us with many aspects of the transaction, from filing out paperwork to prepare the house for the sell. John took the time to accompany us to every appointment with our lawyer, and to help us remove old furniture and garbage from the house. He also helped us in dealing with the disposal of an old fence, searched the town records for us to facilitate the provision of a survey, and also dealt with our contractor who was doing some minor repairs and a painting job in the house when we were unable to do so due to job obligations. He even went out of his way to buy the supplies needed for the job. Mr. Jacome showed us his deep knowledge of the area and suggested a reasonable price for the sell. He was extremely diligent and made the entire process as smooth as possible, considering that we were very anxious and fearful over the possibility of anything going wrong. Luckily, it all went much better than we envisioned thanks to his great work ethic and dedication. Additionally, my house was sold at the first open house! (Which was very successful with many many people showing up). Overall, we did an excellent job and I will recommend John Jacome to anyone who wants to sell a property in Long Island. He will not disappoint!
